Benjamin Hoàng Nguyễn is a Vietnamese American actor, singer, and storyteller based in New York. He studied Theater Arts and Psychology at UC Santa Cruz, where he performed in student films, operas, and stage productions on the Barnstorm and Mainstages. His recent acting credits include SkillFlix for Parents of Youth on the Autism Spectrum (Dfusion Inc.), The Soulmate Play (Anthony Doan & More Mas Marami), and Love U (Grabmeier & Jost).
Benjamin is also the co-creator and host of Growing Up Nguyễn, a podcast exploring grief, legacy, and healing in the Vietnamese American diaspora. He currently serves as Social Media Manager for Vietnamese Boat People, a nonprofit amplifying refugee stories through digital storytelling.
Now pursuing his Master of Social Work at Columbia University, Benjamin continues to explore how performance, psychology, and cultural work intersect. His work is grounded in storytelling that repairs, reframes, and reaches across generations.
